SHIPPING FEES, PROCESSING & DELIVERY INFORMATION The Standard Shipping fee is $14.95 and is applied to all online orders. Customers will be notified by phone or email if any additional shipping charges are required above and beyond the $14.95 Standard Shipping fee. All orders will remain in "Pending" status until final shipping costs have been determined. Your credit card will not be charged while your order status remains "Pending". Your credit card will only be charged once all order and customer information as well as final shipping costs have been verified and determined. The customer must accept all extra charges before we process final payment. Normal delivery and processing times are between 2-7 business days. Customers may request faster delivery (additional charges will apply).

DISCOUNTS & PROMOTIONAL CODES Discounts and Promotional Codes may be applied in two ways: (1) A discount will automatically be added to your purchase. No discount code is necessary. (2) A specific promotional code must be entered during the checkout process to apply a discount. Unless otherwise specified, discounts may not be combined with other products or discount offers. Similar discount offers may be combined. Unless otherwise specified, any order created that combines products that include and do not include discount offers, will automatically be modified to reflect the correct applicable Shipping & Handling fees. INTERNATIONAL ORDERS International orders are subject to additional cross border processing fees. Finalized shipping fees do not include duties, taxes or custom brokerage charges. Other shipping charges, surcharges also may apply. TAXES For Sales within Canada: The province listed in the "ship-to" address will determine the sales tax we charge. This alone is the key in determining the taxes applied to orders, not the billing address. For example; Purchases shipping to Nova Scotia will be charged 15% HST. Purchases shipping to Quebec will be charged 14.975%. Purchases shipping to Ontario, New Brunswick, Newfoundland and Labrador will be charged 13% HST. Purchases shipping to British Columbia, will be charged 12%. Purchases shipping to "non-participating" provinces like Alberta, Manitoba, Northwest Territories, Nunavut, Prince Edward Island, Saskatchewan and The Yukon, will be charged 5% "GST" (which is HST for our purposes). RETURN INFORMATION IF YOU ARE NOT COMPLETELY SATISFIED WITH YOUR PURCHASE, YOU MAY RETURN IT. THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS APPLY: All requests to return an item must be made within 14 days of receipt of your order. All return requests must be made by email to salessupport@discounterspoolandspa.com Original Invoice Number is required. All products must be returned in new condition in the original packaging or re-packaged in such a way so that no risk of damage to the item should occur. Chemicals and certain products are not returnable. Please contact us for details. A 15% Re-Stocking Fee will apply to all returns excluding those items returned with defects covered under Manufacturer's Warranty. We are unable to credit you for the original Standard Shipping fee of $14.95 (applied to all orders) and any additional shipping charges applied thereafter. It is the Customer’s responsibility to arrange shipment and cover and all costs associated to the return, provided that the return is not a claim covered under Manufacturer’s Warranty. For claims covered under Manufacturer’s Warranty, you will be provided with a Return of Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number sent to you by Email as well as a Pre-Paid Return-Shipping Label sent to you by mail. Returns without an RMA or orders you refuse at the time of delivery will result in your purchase credit being delayed or denied. A $9.95 Administration Fee will be applied to your credit card to cover in-house processing costs. ALL SALES ARE FINAL ON ALL SALT GENERATORS & SALT GENERATOR REPLACEMENT CELLS. ANY ISSUES OCCURING AFTER INSTALLATION MUST BE DEALT WITH DIRECTLY WITH THE MANUFACTURER, I.E.: ZODIAC OR HAYWARD
CLAIMS The carrier is liable for damage or loss in transit. Claims must be filed directly with the carrier who handled the delivery of your shipment. Refused orders returned to us are subject to a 15% Re-Stocking Fee. TYPOGRAPHICAL ERRORS If a Typographical error occurs on an item purchased that affects the selling price, we reserve the right to correct it to the current selling price. CANCELED ORDERS Please confirm items and quantities before finalizing your order. We reserve the right to cancel and/or refuse any order based on availability of product. Orders may be cancelled or modified after they are placed. Please refer to our return instructions for direction on how to proceed if you need to return an item. BACK ORDERS Back orders will automatically be shipped when the product is back in stock, unless otherwise canceled by the customer.
