PROCESSING AND DELIVERY INFORMATION Normal delivery and processing times are between 7-10 business days. Customers may request faster delivery (additional charges may apply). Customers will be notified of any additional charges pertaining to the delivery of their order. All credit card payments are physically processed in house once all order and customer information as well as final shipping costs have been verified and determined. The customer must accept all extra charges before we process final payment. We will not charge your credit card until all costs have been finalized and/or applied if required. Any additional charges will be communicated via phone or via email. SHIPPING & HANDLING FEES & RATES A standard Processing & Handling fee of $9.95 will be applied to all orders. Customers will be notified by phone or email to any additional Shipping charges above and beyond the standard Processing & Handling fee of $9.95. Additional Shipping costs are subject to the rates of the carrier chosen by DISCOUNTER’S POOL & SPA WAREHOUSE to expedite the order in the most efficient manner, and are subject to change based on that carrier’s specifications and requirements related to distance, weight and cube size. Items ordered together may be shipped separately. Only one standard Processing & Handling fee of $9.95 will be charged per order. PLEASE NOTE: International orders are subject to additional cross border processing fees. Finalized Shipping & Handling fees (applied by us to your order) include freight, fuel and applicable insurance fees. Finalized Shipping & Handling fees (applied by us to your order) do not include duties, taxes or other non-routine customs brokerage charges. Other shipping charges, surcharges or accessorial charges also may apply. TAXES Items purchased within the province of Ontario are subject to both the Provincial Sales Tax (PST) of 8% and the Goods and Services Tax (GST) of 5% for a total of 13% applicable taxes. RETURN INFORMATION IF YOU ARE NOT COMPLETELY SATISFIED WITH YOUR PURCHASE, YOU MAY RETURN IT. THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS APPLY: All requests to return an item must be made within 14 days of receipt of your order. All return requests must be made by email to salessupport@discounterspoolandspa.com Original Invoice Number is required. All products must be returned in new condition in the original packaging or re-packaged in such a way so that no risk of damage to the item should occur. Certain products are not returnable. Please contact us for details. A 15% Re-Stocking Fee will apply to all returns excluding those items returned with defects covered under Manufacturer's Warranty. We are unable to credit you for the original standard Shipping & Handling fee of $9.95 that is applied to all orders and any Additional Shipping charges applied thereafter. It is the Customer’s responsibility to arrange shipment and cover and all costs associated to the return, provided that the return is not a claim covered under Manufacturer’s Warranty. For claims covered under Manufacturer’s Warranty, you will be provided with a Return of Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number sent to you by Email as well as a Pre-Paid Return-Shipping Label sent to you by mail. A $9.95 Handling Fee will be applied to your credit card to cover in-house processing costs. Returns without an RMA or orders you refuse at the time of delivery will result in your purchase credit being delayed or denied.
CLAIMS The carrier is liable for damage or loss in transit. Claims must be filed directly with the carrier who handled the delivery of your shipment. Refused orders returned to us are subject to a 15% Re-Stocking Fee. TYPOGRAPHICAL ERRORS If a Typographical error occurs on an item purchased that affects the selling price, we reserve the right to correct it to the current selling price. CANCELED ORDERS Please confirm items and quantities before finalizing your order. Orders may be cancelled or modified after they are placed. Please refer to our return instructions for direction on how to proceed if you need to return an item. BACK ORDERS Back orders will automatically be shipped when the product is back in stock, unless otherwise canceled by the customer.
